This long Louis Vuitton courier trunk from the 1910s is crafted in early stenciled “L. Vuitton” monogram canvas with light lozine trim, three solid brass LV-stamped locks, original leather handles, and wooden reinforcing slats. Measuring 1.30 meters in length, it features hand-painted yellow and blue family stripes, wooden side protections with wheel detail, and retains the mounting points of its original gentleman’s interior layout. In very fine condition with a rich patina to the canvas and bright hardware, it is ideally suited today as a monumental coffee table or decorative piece while preserving the spirit of early French travel luxury.
