Maxfield LA offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items, apothecary, and fine jewelry are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Request
Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of receiving your RA.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
